Chiropractic is a form of healthcare focusing on the location and the removal of pressure and nerve interference. Nerve stress creates an imbalance in the body, weakens the immune system and can lead to pain. Chiropractic has helped millions of people recover from sickness, disease, pain and disability.
Did you know that every cell in your body gets input from the brain? The brain sends this signal then travels through the spinal cord and exits via the adjacent nerves around your spine. Cells communicate to the nerves and the nerves send information back to the brain by way of the spinal cord. Every cell falls into one of six systems: Glandular, Eliminative, Nervous, Digestive, Musculoskeletal, and Circulatory. If these systems are balanced and the signal relay is functioning properly, IMAGINE the impact this can have on YOUR LIFE! The road to optimal health starts here!
During pregnancy, a woman’s center of gravity almost immediately begins to shift forward to the front of her pelvis. As the baby grows in size, the woman’s weight is projected even farther forward (altering the center of gravity), and the curvature of her lower back is increased, placing extra stress on the spinal discs. In compensation, the head moves forward often times resulting in neck and shoulder pain, as well as headaches and carpal tunnel. Chiropractic can help alleviate these symptoms!
Some of the top reasons why parents bring their children in for regular chiropractic care: ear infections, colic, constipation, nursing difficulties, breathing problems, reflux, headaches, sleep disturbances, digestive dysfunction and stomach pain, allergic reactions, attention and focus issues, and physical/emotional developmental delays and even bed-wetting. Come see what chiropractic can do for your child!
